The Druivencross Overijse may not be part of one of the major series but Wout van Aert and Mathieu van der Poel will both be at the start of the cyclo-cross classic.
On Sunday, December 11, the riders will tackle the Druivencross for the 80th time. For the anniversary edition, the organizers have attracted the two main riders.
World champion Wout van Aert and Mathieu van der Poel will both tackle the demanding course. "No big talk of the organizers but the contracts are signed” they say in Overijse where Klaas Vantornout, Kevin Pauwels, Tom Meeusen, Michael Vanthourenhout and Tim Merlier will also be racing.
