The traditional home race for Bardiani – CSF, Settimana Internazionale Coppi e Bartali, will take place from March 26-29. The Italian stage is held close close to team headquarter and the CSF Inox Group companies.

The goals for the green team will be to achieve a good general classification spot with Edoardo Zardini and Manuel Bongiorno and try to get at least one stage victory with especially Sonny Colbrelli and Nicola Ruffoni.

”We go to the start with a strong squad that aims to take its responsability every day," sports director Mirko Rossato said. "Zardini and Bongiorno and why not Chirico will be our leaders for the general classification and in the most demanding stages. Colbrelli has a really good chance on the opening day  in Gatteo while Ruffoni, Piechele and Simion will find a stage for sprinters in Crevalcore. Finally there’s Tonelli who will be a key support for our leaders."

”After a slightly unlucky start to the 2015 season, I have started to feel a better shape since Tirreno – Adriatico," Zardini said. "Settimana Coppi & Bartali is a first important point for me where I can aim to do a good race. I think that together with Manuel (Bongiorno), we can do really well on the climbs and maybe use a numerical superiority as happened several times last year”.

Settimana Internazionale Coppi & Bartali:

Manuel Bongiorno, Luca Chirico, Sonny Colbrelli, Andrea Piechele, Nicola Ruffoni, Paolo Simion, Alessandro Tonelli, Edoardo Zardini.
