Rik Verbrugghe will become the sport manager of IAM Cycling from January 2015. He signed a two-year contract with the Swiss team.
Former winners of the Flèche Wallonne, aged 40 years old, leaving the frame of the BMC Racing Team where he was in charge of the BMC Development Team.

Verbrugghe ended his career in 2008 after wearing jerseys Lotto, Quick Step and Cofidis. Besides his win in Huy, it won stages in the Giro, the Tour, the Criterium International and the GP Lugano.
