Davide Rebellin and cycling will stay intimately related. Despite being 44 years of age, the Italian has no plans of retirement. Yesterday he revealed to Spaziociclismo that he plans to ride for another year.
"There were two great wins and so many places of honour," he told the Italian website. "I'm happy because I had a good performance from the beginning to end of the season, I have taken more great satisfaction."
"I have yet to decide [about my future], I will do so in a few days, but I am lending planning to ride for another year. I've never misseed the desire to train. There is always desire to train for the races. If that, the love for the sport and the results are there, you should go ahead."
