Taylor Phinney will round of his comeback from injury by leading Team USA at a home Worlds later this month, after the national selectors picked him for the road race and time trial in Richmond, Virginia.
Phinney is joined by teammate Brent Bookwalter (BMC) Tyler Farrar (MTN-Qhubeka) and Richmond native Ben King and his teammate Alex Howes (Cannondale-Garmin). There is one road race spot available and one time trial spot. The riders who will fill these spots will be announced on September 11.
