Katusha will line up in tomorrow's Milan-Sanremo with a dangerous two-pronged attack. Alexander Kristoff will be on hand in case of a bunch sprint finish while Luca Paolini will try to animate the finale on the late climbs.

Last year Katusha played a prominent role in Milan-Sanremo when Luca Palini made it into the six-rider group that escaped on the Poggio while Alexander Kristoff beat Mark Cavendish in the sprint for the minor placings. With two riders in the top 10 in the 2013 edition, the team will be eager to improve on that performance when they line up in tomorrow's race.

Again Paolini and Kristoff will lead the team and they will play the same roles as they did one year ago. Kristoff who showed good form in Paris-Nice, will save himself for a bunch sprint while Paolini will try to cover attacks in the finale. The veteran Italian has been riding really well but due to bad luck in the Belgian classics, he had no chance to show himself.

The duo will be supported by Angel Vicioso who has performed well in this race in the past, Ardennes specialist Alexandr Kolobnev, and the reliable domestiques, Gatis Smukulis, Aliaksandr Kuschyncki, Pavel Brutt, and Vladimir Gusev.
