Apart from a crash in the middle of the bunch with 21km remaining, which briefly set Jonathan Castroviejo and John Gadret back - though none of them suffered any damage - no other incidents affected the Movistar Team on stage two of the 2015 Critérium du Dauphiné, with Nacer Bouhanni (COF) taking huge teamwork to fruition with a sprint victory in the Parc des Oiseaux of Villars-les-Dombes.
Alejandro Valverde, just as focused as he proved to be the day prior, remains 12" behind Peter Kennaugh (SKY) after good support from rouleurs Alex Dowsett and Rory Sutherland, who already were his best support yesterday. Both will also be crucial in the 24.5km TTT from Roanne to Montagny which will create the first real time gaps on Tuesday.
