Movistar team will attend Tour of Dubai in 2014, and is considering racing in Tour of Qatar as well as Tour of Oman, according to BiciCiclismo.
Many world tour teams chose Tour of Qatar and Tour of Oman as their preparation races for spring campaigns this year, especially Tour of Oman, which attracted the elite climbers like Froome, J-Rod, Nibali as well as top sprinters like Kittel, Sagan and Bouhanni.
