In a week, Movistar will gather their 2015 team for the first time. The team will use the opportunity to start the planning of the upcoming season, possibly deciding the captaincy roles for the grand tours.
After a well-deserved rest, the whole Movistar Team roster have started their preparations for the 2015 season, starting on January 18 with the traditional prelude to the Tour Down Under in Australia. The telephone squad will stay in Pamplona from November 17 to 21 for all sorts of material tests, meetings and multimedia production prior to the next year.
At the end of the pre-season camp, press members will have an opportunity to meet the team during a Media Day (Friday 21) that will include a press conference with Alejandro Valverde, Nairo Quintana and Eusebio Unzué. The three will speak about the key points and challenges in a season where the Blues will fight to retain both the individual and team WorldTour rankings conquered in 2014.
