The Russian World Tour team have announced their roster for the coming Tour Mediteraneen, to be held from Thursday February 13. Without any of the Katusha leaders designated to participate in the event, the Russian team riders are expected to take an active part in animating the action and possibly hunt for the stage wins during the four days of the competition.
Eight Katusha riders will line up at the start of the French stage race, with Egor Silin expected to show some good disposition after the strong showing at the season’s opening Santos Tour Down Under.
The complete Katusha roster for Tour Mediteraneen goes as follows:
Pavel Brutt, Vladimir Gusev, Petr Ignatenko, Alexander Porsev, Egor Silin, Alexander Rybakov, Iurii Trofimov and Anton Vorobyev.
