Katusha may not be among the favourites for the World TTT championships. However, the team has selected a powerful roster of strong rouleurs that is led by former U23 world champion Anton Vorobyev.
The Russian WorldTour Team Katusha will take part in the team time trial of the UCI World Championships in Ponferrada, Spain. The TTT of 57.1 km will be held this Sunday, on September 21st.
Katusha’s roster is: Maxim Belkov, Pavel Brutt, Vladimir Isaychev, Gatis Smukulis, Anton Vorobyev, Vladimir Gusev and Viacheslav Kuznetsov. Six out of these seven riders will be chosen to start.
