Johny Schleck reacted about the Andy Schleck's retirement. The father backed on the circumstances of this son’s retirement. He explains that Andy was the only one to finally decide as he explains.
"I suspected that something was wrong. Andy is not a person who cries and complains. This year, he was perfectly prepared to compete in the Tour de France, but he had no luck. It was difficult for him physically, but also mentally", he told to Cyclism’Actu. "He made this decision on his own even though he told me about it. It's hard for a professional rider to stop his career. I know whereof I speak, but Andy had to do it."
