After that, over a month of training in Tenerife camp will go on, instead of any racing, and J-Rod will head back to continental Spain for his home race, Volta a Catalunya, following by another period of Tenerife training.
And then J-Rod will race his main targets races, firstly the Ardennes classics, especially Liege-Bastogne-Liege, then Giro d'Italia. In the later part of the season, Vuelta a Espana as well as World Championship in Ponferrada, Spain will be goals for the Catalan.
