"I will participate in the Tour de Suisse with ambitions but I am cautious. If I feel as well as in the Giro, I can achieve great things. Tour de Suisse is the longest stage race after the  Grand Tours."

Hubert Dupont will lead Ag2r at the Tour de Suisse.

"I am very satisfied with my 11th place in the Giro d’Italia," he said. "It’s the second time I have achieved such a result. Endurance is my trademark and I am happy to be able to do it. I have loved italian races since my amateur years.  Next year, I hope that the 100th Giro d’Italia will be the 20th Grand Tour in my career.

"I will participate in the Tour de Suisse with ambitions but I am cautious. If I feel as well as in the Giro, I can achieve great things. Tour de Suisse is the longest stage race after the  Grand Tours. It’s a hard race, with no flat stages. The last days are really consistent with over 2000 m climbs."

Before the Tour de Suisse, the team will ride the GP Kanton Aargau. Jean-Christophe Péraud, 2nd in the 2014 Tour de France, will do both races. Peraud was forced to abandon after a crash in stage 3 of Giro d’Italia. He suffered from a cranial trauma, a facial trauma with loss of consciousness, various bruises and dermabrasion on upper and lower limbs. Based on his condition, he will decide whether to focus on the Tour or the Vuelta.
