The race itinerary of the 2014 Giro d’Italia will be announced in Milan on October 7, the day after the Giro di Lombardia, Tuttobiciweb.it reports.
Several riders, including incumbent Giro-winner Vincenzo Nibali (Astana), are expected to be present as the parcours of the 97th edition of the Giro are made known to the public.
It has already been established that the 2014 edition of La Corsa Rosa will commence with three stages in Ireland as the Giro continues its quest to extend the popularity of the Giro.
