The BMC Racing Team's roster for La Flèche Wallonne includes past winner Philippe Gilbert (2011) and past runner-up Samuel Sánchez (2006), as well as recent Brabantse Pijl winner Ben Hermans. The 205.5-kilometer WorldTour race takes place Wednesday in Belgium.
Compared to the team that raced the Amstel Gold Race, Greg Van Avermaet, Marcus Burghardt and Silvan Dillier will take a well-earned rest after a hard classics campaign. They will be replaced by climbers Tejay van Garderen and Amael Moinard and solid allrounder Danilo Wyss.
Riders:
Brent Bookwalter (USA), Philippe Gilbert (BEL), Ben Hermans (BEL), Amaël Moinard (FRA), Samuel Sánchez (ESP), Dylan Teuns (BEL), Tejay van Garderen (USA), Danilo Wyss (SUI).
