Team Giant-Alpecin will unveil the name of a major new title sponsorship for the next season. Alpecin will leave the team and join up as a secondary sponsor for Katusha according to French newspaper L'Equipe.
Cyclingnews has confirmed that the team will announce this new partnership during the first rest day.
Cyclingnews also reports that Australian Chris Hamilton will make the step up from the U23 ranks and join the WorldTour team. Michael Matthews (Orica BikeExchange) will join the team for next year too. German John Degenkolb should leave the team and is likely to join Trek-Segafredo.
