Bingen Fernandez will be a member of the Dimension Data team.
The Spaniard, who finished his career in 2009 after eight seasons at Cofidis, has been a sports director in the Jonathan Vaughters' team, the Cannondale (formerly Garmin), for several years. Now he will work for the Africn team where he will share his experience, mainly from the Spanish races.
