In stage 6 of the Tour de France, Bretagne-Séché Environnement took their first Top 15 thanks to a 14th place for Armindo Fonseca in Le Havre. Although hampered by the crash of the yellow jersey Tony Martin on the climb leading to the final kilometre, Fonseca managed to stay in the first group but when Stybar launchedhis successful attack, his initial effort kept him from really take part in the sprint.
Armindo Fonseca was well supported by the whole team. Pierre-Luc Périchon and Florian Vachon took care of him in the last 5 kilometers. Unfortunately, the team had missed the breakaway of the day but they will be keen to show themselves tomorrow when the race reaches Bretagne.
