It is time for one of the really unique races on the cycling calendar when riders like Peter Sagan and Fabian Cancellara resume last year's battle on the Italian gravel roads in the new classic Strade Bianche. The many short, steep climbs and the uneven road surface make the race an exciting affair that appeals to a host of different riders. Both classics specialists and climbers have excelled in this one-of-a-kind event and Cancellara and Sagan will have to overcome the threat from riders like Alejandro Valverde, Michal Kwiatkowski, and Diego Ulissi to come away with the win.
Starting at 13.45 CET you can follow the race here. You can read our in-depth preview here.
