Elia Favilli leaves Lampre-Merida to join the Tuscan team Neri Sottoli-ALE, where he returns to compete under the guidance of Luca Scinto, who always gave him great confidence, since 2009 when he rode in the Under 23 category with the Neri Sottoli-Nuova Comauto team, and in the years 2011 and 2012 as a neo-pro with the senior team.
