After hiring the German Linus Gerdemann, the Danish Cult Energy Pro Cycling Team announced on social networks that it hired for the next season the German Fabian Wegmann, the current Garmin Sharp’s rider.
“At the Cult Energy Pro Cycling Team I will have great conditions to prepare myself for the Ardennes Classics and similar races." Wegmann explained. "With this team I will have great possibilities and prospects for my future career.”
During his career, he played for Gerolsteiner, Milram, Leopard Trek and Garmin Sharp. About his results, he finished the best climber in the 2004 Giro also won the Rund um den Finanzplatz Eschborn (2009 and 2010).
