After his excellent showing at last year's Tour de Suisse, Mathias Frank was signed by IAM to take on the leadership roles in the stage races. With his first big targets coming up at the Tours de Romandie and Suisse, he started to show his potential when he won today's queen stage of the Criterium International and only missed a single second to take the overall win.
