While sponsor Crelan has joined Willems Vérandas in the pro continental division, Vastgoedservice will continue with the team Pauwels Sauzen-Vastgoedservice in 2017. The latter has confirmed its roster via its director Kevin Hulsmans who spoke to Directvélo.

Wout Van Aert and Xandro Meurisse rode for the team in 2016 but they have both moved on. The team will have 18 riders in 2017. Several riders will stay and others have been added, most notably Roubaix Lille Métropole’s Louis Verhelst and Dieter Bouvry. Brecht Dhaene from Vérandas Willems will also be present as will sprint talent Barry Markus, who rode for Roompot Oranje this season. With the Dutchman in the team, the team will probably focus on sprints in .1 and .HC events.

Jens Adams, David Boucher, Tom Bosmans (VL Technics-Experza-Abutriek), Dieter Bouvry (Roubaix Métropole Européenne de Lille), Brecht Dhaene (Vérandas Willems), Gerry Druyts, Alexander Geuens, Rob Leemans (Baguet-Miba poorten-Indulek), Arjen Livyns (VL Technics-Experza-Abutriek), Barry Markus ( Roompot-Oranje Peloton), Rob Peeters, Yannick Peeters, Jelle Schuermans, Timothy Stevens, Brent Van de Kerkhove (VL Technics-Experza-Abutriek), Jordi Van Dingenen, Joachim Vanreyten (Lotto-Soudal U23) and Louis Verhelst (Roubaix Métropole Européenne de Lille)
