After solid performances at Settimana Coppi e Bartali and Criterium International, Team Colombia returns to France to take part to Circuit de la Sarthe (April 8th-11th), 4-days stage-race staged in Pays de Loire region.
Apart from stage 2 individual time trial, the race should provide several chances for fast men, as it proved several times in the past.
On the occasion, Sports Director Oscar Pellicioli will count on a 6-man line-up: Leonardo Duque is set to lead the team in France, sided by Juan Esteban Arango, Edwin Avila, Duber Quintero, Jeffry Romero and Rodolfo Torres.
“The race is characterized by undulating routes, that could favourfast all-rounders like Duque”, Oscar Pellicioli said. – “He will go in search of opportunities, as will Jeffry Romero. The rest of the line-up provide us several more options for both sprints and breakaways, so I expect to see Team Colombia in the thick of the action a lot during the race."
