Tom Dumoulin has no plans to attack the world record. The bronze medalist at the 2014 Worlds ITT told 1Limburg that for now he has other goals.
"This year I'm working on more important goals, such as the opening time trial in the Tour," he explains. "Next year, I focus on the Olympics. At the moment I am not interested in the hour record. My career and development as a professional are more important," said the 24-year-old Dumoulin.
The world record is currently held by the Australian Rohan Dennis. On February 25, Thomas Dekker will make an attempt to break the record.
