After the cancellation of the Tour de San Luis, many have found a good substitute in the Tour de San Juan. Today the organizers revealed the course of the 2017 edition.
Like the race in San Luis, the Tour de San Juan will offer a tough course that includes a mountaintop finish on the fifth day and a time trial on the third day.
The race will take place from 23 to 29 January and will have 25 teams, including four from the WorldTour. Bahrain-Merida, Quick-Stage, Trek and TJ Sport have decided to make the trip and should line up riders like Vincenzo Nibali, Fernando Gaviria and Giacomo Nizzolo.
