The 4 Jours de Dunkerque will survive due to a collaboration between the French race and the Picardie Regional Council, which wanted to save the cycling heritage in the region. Yesterday they unveiled their course for 2017.
As revealed by Directvelo, the race will be similar to what was rumoured a few weeks ago. The three departments of the Picardy region, Somme, Aisne and Oise, will be vistited by the race. The rest of the course keeps the usual traits of the 4 Jours de Dunkerque, notably with a stage finish in Cassel during the fifth stage. Furthermore, the race will be one day longe rthan it has been in the past few years.
