A few days after Paris-Roubaix, the cycling world will take on the Ardennes Classics: in the calendar are scheduled Amstel Gold Race (Sunday 17th April), Fleche Wallone (Wednesday 20th April) and Liege-Bastogne-Liege (Sunday 24th April).
LAMPRE-MERIDA will take part in these events with a very competitive line-up in which Rui Costa will be the key rider: in 2015, he was 4th both in the Amstel Gold Race and in Liege-Bastogne-Liege.
In the Amstel Gold Race, sports director Philippe Mauduit will direct, in addition to Rui Costa, Diego Ulissi (who’s ready to achieve a top result after several years during which he made experience on the Ardennes roads), Matteo Bono, Valerio Conti, Mario Costa, Matej Mohoric, Manuele Mori and Jan Polanc.
In Fleche Wallone and in Liege-Bastogne-Liege, Louis Meintjes will take the place of Matej Mohoric.
