While one part of Caja Rural - Seguros RGA is fully concentrated on Vuelta a España, another part of the team will turn their focus on to Tour of Britain, which starts out in Glasgow on Sunday the 4th of September. The British stage race consists of eight stages, the last of which finishes in London on the 11th of September.
Caja Rural - Seguros RGA lines up for Tour of Britain with the following six riders: Carlos Barbero, Javier Aramendia, Diego Rubio, Domingos Gonçalves, Héctor Sáez and Miguel Ángel Benito.
Sports director Josemi Fernández says:
“It’s an honor to be invited to Tour of Britain this year. The level here is very high with some of the biggest teams in the world at the start line. It’s an attractive route and we will do our best to leave our mark on the race”.
