Having crashed in training recently, IAM's Marcel Aregger underwent follow-up tests to identify the exact nature and extent of his injury. A scan revealed that the Swiss rider suffered a nondisplaced fracture to the lateral malleolus of his left ankle.
Marcel Aregger will be unavailable for six weeks to allow the bone proper time to heal under the best conditions.
