Alberto Bettiol has revealed that he will be the seventh Cannondale rider to make the jump from the Cannondale team to the new team that will be created after the merger between the Italian team and Garmin-Sharp.
The relationship between Alberto Bettiol and Cannondale will continue in 2015. The Tuscan rider has confirmed that he will become the seventh rider from the Italian WorldTour team to join the new team that arises from the merger between Cannondale and Garmin-Sharp. The 21-year-old rider will join his teammates Davide Formolo, Kristijan Koren, Alan Marangoni, Matej Mohoric, Moreno Mose and Davide Villella in the American team.
Bettiol turned professional at the start of the year but has not achieved any major results in his first year at the top level.
