Several key events await Bardiani – CSF which from September 30 will take part in Tre Valli Varesine where Colbrelli who returns after the World Championships in Richmond, finished 2nd last season, Milano – Torino which presents the classic uphill finish at Colle Superga, and finally GranPiemonte, an old one-day classic that returns after some years abscence.
”These three races are all very important for us with a high quality start list, international exposure and live TV broadcast," manager Roberto Reververi said. "We arrive after positive performances in the last races and all our guys are in good condition.
"At the Tre Valli, Colbrelli will be our leader after the 2nd place in 2014. But with him I expect to see Barbin, Bongiorno and Zardini. The latter two plus Pirazzi also have Milano – Torino which really suit their skills. For GranPiemonte which presents a less demanding route, Colbrelli, Barbin and our sprinters Simion and Ruffoni will be our key riders."
