Riders and staff member of the Androni-Venezuela team have approved an internal regulation according to which they will be fined 100,000 euros if they are involved in a doping cae.
After the team gathering in Rivarolo, Androni-Venezuela held a meeting in Viareggio where general manager Gianni Savio introduced the new anti-doping rules to the entire team. It includes a clause whereby a team riders will have to pay a fine of 100,000 euros if he is involved in a doping case.
All riders and staff members signed the document except the Venezuelans who are at home and will do so later in Caracas.
Savio said that this act is to confirm its zero-tolerance policy for doping.
