According to Biciciclismo, Amets Txurruka will join Orica GreenEDGE Cycling Team. After four years with Caja Rural - Saguaros RGA, he will find again the World Tour level. Indeed, between 2007 and 2012, he competed with Euskaltel Euskadi.

This year, the 32 year-old rider won a stage win at the Tour of Norway and at the Tour de Beauce this season. He finished also second at the Vuelta Asturias and 4th at the Vuelta Ciclista Comunidad de Madrid and at the Tour de Beauce.
